Fulfilment order capture includes the following options:
FTP transfer automatically from your web site's server to our servers.
Multiple selling channel integration to extract orders from your web site, eBay listings, Amazon, Pixmania (and other selling channels) and also to synchronise stock with these outlets. Remote client access is also available to check stock, monitor orders and generate reports (additional charges apply for this service).
For new start-ups, SMEs or companies requiring a simpler approach orders can be received via simple Excel / CSV files in an agreed format.

Order and data processing:
Data sorting and enhancements (for mailings)
Invoice/delivery note production with tear-off address labels printed simplex or duplex
Bulk label printer for name and address labels

Pick and Pack:
Packing into all standard methods inc: Jiffy bags, cartons, book carriers, envelopes and poly envelopes. We can offer you packaging advice and can source bespoke packaging materials for you if you require.
Strapping facility for heavier cartons.
Bubble wrapping and individual gift wrapping are available.

Despatch:
Via any of the parcel or postage services listed above. JBS Fulfilment can choose the most economical service for you (if you wish) as we process each order depending on the weight and volume.
Tracking numbers can be captured via bar-code readers or direct from the parcel carrier's system into the multiple selling channel integration system (as described above) which can then automatically email customers with the information. Or the tracking information can be captured for the client and displayed on a web page and provided 24/7 via the internet.

Warehousing:
Storage available as pallets or as individual items in our warehouses in Hartley Wintney.
On-line stock system available over the internet 24/7 via our individual client log in system.

Call Centre:
For inbound and outband calls for our fulfilment clients.
Phone orders and credit card payments.

Bookkeeping and accountancy:
For small companies and new start ups we offer a bookkeeping service.

Environment:
JBS Fulfilment will recycle packaging materials wherever possible and also where possible source materials from local suppliers to minimise transportation. If you have a particular wish or requirement just let us know.
